          Welcome to a celebration of a true legend, Coach Rick Small. 

          For many decades, his passion, leadership, and unwavering dedication has shaped and impacted many lives, on and off the field, in the locker room, and in the heart's of the families and communities he's touched.   In his youth, he proudly served this Nation, and was awarded the Purple Heart medal for his courage and bravery under fire.  Coach Rick is a firm believer in the value of education, and he has three different Master Degrees as a result of this belief.

          This milestone birthday is a testament to the profound impact he has had, the memories created, and the lasting lessons he has shared.  From early practice fields, to championship moments, his presence has shaped not only teams, but friends and family members who cheered for him and the teams from the sidelines.  His dedication goes beyond average.  It's a daily example of hard work, integrity, and the unstoppable power of one man!   This milestone birthday is a community recognition of the lasting impact Coach Rick has had on his family, the athletes, his colleagues, and communities who have learned to aim higher, dream bigger, and lead with the heart.
